Mach V Deluxe comes with an anchor and locking collar. The Mach V improves upon the design of the Mach New II with the addition of six more chains for total of 24 chains. Th Mach V is a heavier weight catching devise than the Mach New II and is an excellent choice for courses with PDGA tournament play in mind.
