This is a Wham-O, glow-in-the-dark, Moonlighter, raised letter Pro Model, double gold band with a hexagonal label.  It has an IFA approved 108 gram insignia and 1973 copyright on the packaging. The packaging is in almost perfect condition with two small holes at the bottom right of the shrink wrap.
